Do you plan on using dental insurance? We work with all PPO plans
The cost of a new patient comprehensive exam and all x-rays is $298.00. This can be rolled into a zero-down financing plan, should you need any treatment. We will file all claims on your behalf and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
Sorry we do not work with any HMO or Medicaid plans. Will you be willing to pay $298.00 for your comprehensive exam and xrays?
You will be required to make a $50 refundable deposit to make this appointment. This deposit will be refunded to you when you come in for your appointment. We are committed to seeing you on the date/time you select. We need to make sure that anyone booking an appointment is also committed to coming in
